18650 Battery Insulation Gasket হলো 18650 Lithium-Ion battery cell-এর positive terminal-এর জন্য ব্যবহৃত একটি insulating adhesive pad। এটি green barley paper দিয়ে তৈরি এবং single-sided adhesive backing থাকায় battery terminal-এর উপর সহজে বসানো যায়। Spot welding বা battery pack assembly-এর সময় positive terminal এবং nickel strip-এর মধ্যে insulation তৈরি করে accidental short circuit-এর ঝুঁকি কমাতে সহায়তা করে। 18mm outer diameter ও 10mm inner diameter-এর এই gasket-এর thickness প্রায় 0.25mm এবং temperature resistance সর্বোচ্চ 150°C পর্যন্ত। DIY battery pack, battery repair এবং custom cell assembly-তে ব্যবহারযোগ্য।
